Therapy in Boston, MA *
Life in Boston can be exciting, fast-paced, and full of opportunities—but it can also come with plenty of pressure. Between work, school, relationships, family dynamics, and figuring out what comes next, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or like you’re constantly trying to keep up.
At The Curious Cat Therapy, therapy is a space to slow down, get curious about what you’re experiencing, and better understand what may be underneath the anxiety, stress, sadness, or relationship struggles. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be getting in your way, and work toward practical changes that actually fit your life. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or intimidating—it can be warm, conversational, and even include a little humor along the way.

Hi I’m Adriana, Owner of The Curious Cat Therapy
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and the owner of The Curious Cat Therapy, with over 12 years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults.
My approach is warm, authentic, and down-to-earth. I use curiosity, gentle challenge, creativity, and a little humor to make therapy feel comfortable while still creating meaningful change.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, self-esteem, and life transitions, helping them recognize their strengths and build practical tools they can use in everyday life.
I especially love working with teens and parents. I believe in meeting young people where they are and creating a space where they can be themselves, while supporting parents in building confidence and self-compassion.
Outside of therapy, I’m a proud New Englander who recently moved to Tampa. I love Pilates, Disney parks, nostalgia, and spending time with my cats, Meeko and Roadie—the curious cats behind the name of my practice.
